The Series
Rude Red Blend
Tasting Notes
Fresh and vibrant, with red berries, plum, and subtle dark fruit. Light- to medium-bodied with soft tannins and pronounced acidity, showing a tangy, savoury edge typical of de-alcoholized wines. The finish is dry with a lingering, slightly tart aftertaste.
Lush Sparkling — White Blend
Tasting Notes
Fresh and expressive, with citrus, green apple, and subtle stone fruit. Light-bodied with bright acidity, showing a zesty, slightly savoury edge typical of de-alcoholized wines, and a clean, crisp finish.
The Craft
Each batch is fully made using traditional winemaking — full structure, balance, and aromatic profile — before a single drop of alcohol is removed.
Advanced vacuum distillation and spinning cone column technology lower the surrounding pressure, so ethanol lifts off at much cooler temperatures — protecting the wine's delicate aromas and flavours from heat damage.
The most volatile aromatic compounds are separated and held aside. Ethanol is drawn off while acids, phenolics, minerals, and structure stay intact.
The captured aroma fractions are reintroduced to restore complexity and varietal expression, then balanced for body, mouthfeel, and length — true to its origin, alcohol-free.
