The Craft

    Crafted as a complete wine first

    Each batch is fully made using traditional winemaking — full structure, balance, and aromatic profile — before a single drop of alcohol is removed.

  2. 02

    Gently de-alcoholized under vacuum

    Advanced vacuum distillation and spinning cone column technology lower the surrounding pressure, so ethanol lifts off at much cooler temperatures — protecting the wine's delicate aromas and flavours from heat damage.

  3. 03

    Aromas captured, alcohol removed

    The most volatile aromatic compounds are separated and held aside. Ethanol is drawn off while acids, phenolics, minerals, and structure stay intact.

  4. 04

    Reassembled. Refined. Released.

    The captured aroma fractions are reintroduced to restore complexity and varietal expression, then balanced for body, mouthfeel, and length — true to its origin, alcohol-free.
