Our Story

We started with one question: what would we want on our own table?

J.FOLK is a quiet Cape Town project that grew out of long Friday nights, shared bottles, and a dissatisfaction with what was on the shelf. We wanted wine we'd be proud to pour to anyone, and craft drinks that felt made — not manufactured. The fact that it's all kosher is, for us, a given.

So we built it ourselves. Small batches. Honest sourcing. A team that argues about acidity and ice cubes in equal measure. What we make is the result of that obsession, bottled and ready for your table.
